The most precious little boy and "Baby Sister's" nursery

Anderson loves the camera these days, and will say, "CHEESE!" just as loud as he can whenever we have the camera in our hands.  I took advantage of that the other day, and caught him in authentic "Anderson" mode:

In other news, we are finally finished with "Baby Sister's" nursery.  We definitely cut it close this time, although I have been preparing myself to "go the distance" again, just like I did with Anderson.  (For those who don't remember, he came 11 days after his due date!  Perfect labor and delivery and zero complications)  We are now 3 days past her due date.  Surprised?  Nope.  Concerned?  Not at all.  Everything is checking out perfectly.  Hardly any swelling and blood pressure perfect.  Her heart rate is great and she is moving all around.  I am still working because I want to spend my time off with HER!  Our neighbor asked Anderson where his baby sister was, and he said, "I can't find her!"  It is funny, because he points to my belly and knows there's a "baby sister inside," but I'm wondering if he truly understands what a "baby sister" is!  Only time will tell!

It was the running joke that she couldn't come until the chandelier was hung.  Every little girl deserves a chandelier in her room, right?  Definitely a step up from the brass and oak ceiling fan!  Thanks to my brother in law, Andy, it is now up!

Here is her nursery:

Ready and waiting for you, sweet girl!

All because two people fell in love...
